The best summer salad

With the help of my good friend Elizabeth from the Healthbox Kitchen, we prepare a tasty, easy to make salad in this vlog. Its packed full of veg, fruit, pulses and loaded with  protein, healthy, good fats and all the fiber you can ask for. The best fuel for training!
